Service Description

We meet through ZOOM from the comfort of your home for a personalized Reiki Infused Somatic Yoga session. Before: -Connection call to discern your intentions & goals During: -Reiki healing, somatic yoga (1 hour) After: -Email support to integrate (up to a week after session) -Mindful ritual to help you take your healing off the mat *all levels are welcome, no prior expereince needed *yoga is gentle, restorative & mindful *this is YOUR practice so anything special you want incorporated, we can do it!

Cancellation Policy
