Service Description

As the seasons change so do the needs of our bodies. Slowing down can be challenging for a lot of us especially if our day to day is jam packed. Allow me to guide you through a 45 minute virtual community session so you can walk out physically and spiritually restored & rejuvenated. While you hold restorative poses using props around the house (yes, it's possible) I will give distance reiki through all your chakras. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality in which the practitioner transfers healing energy to your chakras helping you feel relaxed, relieve stress and/or pain and move stagnant energy flow. This combination of movement and reiki flow has helped countless clients regulate their nervous system and feel lighter energetically after every class. Come and feel for yourself! *No prior experience needed. *Class open to all breathing bodies (call you mom, dad, uncle even your cat!) *All sessions will be recorded and replay made available, if you cannot make it live.
