Reiki-Infused Somatic Yoga is a beautiful blend of two healing practices—Reiki and Somatic Yoga.
Reiki is a form of energy healing where I gently channel universal life force energy to support your body’s natural healing process. This energy helps clear away any blocks, leaving you feeling more balanced, peaceful, and grounded.
Somatic Yoga focuses on connecting deeply with your body through gentle, mindful movement. It’s about tuning into how your body feels from the inside out and moving in a way that releases tension, calms your nervous system, and fosters greater awareness of your physical and emotional well-being.
When combined, Reiki and Somatic Yoga work in harmony to heal not just your body but your mind and spirit as well. You’ll experience both the soothing flow of energy healing and the restorative benefits of slow, mindful movement, helping you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and feel more aligned.
