Through the power of intention and energy healing, I guide you in cleansing all 7 chakras, or energy centers, to release anxiety, stress, and any blockages. These sessions are deeply Spirit-guided, personalized for your unique needs.

Before:
We’ll connect (via email or messaging app) to set clear intentions for your healing journey. Your name gets added to my altar for prayers and blessings. Even before we meet, the connection is already made.

During:
Find a cozy spot—on your mat, in a chair, or bed—and get ready to receive. I'll guide you through gentle breathwork or somatic movement, helping you drop into your body as the healing unfolds. The experience is very Spirit led so every session looks a little different. I guide you the entire time while we energetically cleanse and align each chakra to help you feel safe, supported and rejuvenated.

After:
I may offer you sacred rituals or journal prompts to support your deeper integration, and I always check in with you a few days later to offer continued support.
